Asia Visual Effects and Digital Film Making Summit 2010

The theme of the summit is “Emerging Digital Movie Making in Asia”. The summit showcased the achievements on audio and visual effects of Hong Kong post production industry, and promoted technologies and services of Hong Kong 3D movie production, thus further strengthening the position of “Asia’s 3D technology hub” of Hong Kong.

Well-known Hong Kong and Asian post production experts were invited to showcase their 3D works, recent works of audio and visual effects along with the movie’s post production workflow, and also present their remarkable outcomes. Two leaders of the industry were invited to lead two panel discussions “DI and Film Lab” and “Digital Audio and Sound Design”. There were more than 300 persons participating in the summit, and attendees included local and overseas filmmakers and film students.
